A saignée of one-hundred percent Pinot Noir and fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks. An assemblage is completed at dryness and the wine is sulfured early to block malolactic fermentation. The Ma Fille is settled and aged in stainless steel for three months at cold temperatures prior to bottling.
Vibrant salmon pink color. Fresh notes of passion fruit, rose water, pink grapefruit highlight the Ma Fille’s aromatics. Flavorful stone fruit hints of peach and nectarine focus the lively mid-palate with a tinge of watermelon intermingled. The Ma Fille finishes with a zesty flourish of tangerine, cherry salt water taffy, and pomegranate elements.
